1. Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We are proud to offer FREE Shipping on all orders across India.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary slightly depending on your location (metro cities usually receive deliveries faster than rural regions).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has dispatched. The tracking number will become active and trackable within 24 hours of generation.

4. Courier Partners To ensure your order reaches you safely, we partner with reliable domestic e-commerce delivery networks across India, including Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, and Ecom Express.

5. Damages & Missing Items (Mandatory Unboxing Video) Shopinz takes utmost care in packaging products safely. However, if you receive a damaged or broken item, we will provide an immediate free replacement under the following condition:

  • Important: Customers are strictly requested to record a continuous, unedited unboxing video while opening the delivery parcel for the first time. This video acts as valid proof of transit damage and is required by our courier network to process replacement claims. Damage claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be approved.
